Integrity and accountability

BESONG expects honest communication, responsible judgment, accurate records and clear ownership of decisions, commitments and risks.

Anti-bribery and fair dealing

Bribery, improper payments, facilitation payments, fraud, collusion and hidden conflicts of interest should not be tolerated. Gifts, hospitality and third-party relationships require appropriate controls.

Conflicts of interest

Employees, leaders, suppliers and partners should disclose actual, potential or perceived conflicts so that they can be assessed and managed transparently.

Human rights and respectful work

BESONG relationships should support lawful, safe and respectful working conditions and reject forced labor, child labor, harassment, discrimination and retaliation.

Information and assets

Confidential information, personal data, intellectual property, systems and physical assets should be used only for authorized purposes and protected appropriately.

Speaking up

A confidential reporting and non-retaliation process should be approved and published before launch. Until then, concerns may be raised through an authorized corporate contact route.

Document control

Before public launch, assign an approved owner, effective date, review date, contact route and jurisdiction-specific provisions. Material changes should follow the corporate content-approval process.
