BESONG Group’s accessibility design target and approach for the corporate website.

Our target

The website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and sufficient contrast.

Known limitations

Full accessibility assurance requires testing with representative assistive technologies, browsers, languages, content updates and any future third-party integrations.

Documents and media

Uploaded documents, video, maps and new visual assets should include accessible alternatives, captions, transcripts or structured source formats as appropriate.

Accessibility issues can be reported through the Contact page. Include the page, problem, browser or assistive technology used, and the format that would help.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility should be included in design review, content approval, development testing and procurement requirements throughout the website lifecycle.

Document control

Before public launch, assign an approved owner, effective date, review date, contact route and jurisdiction-specific provisions. Material changes should follow the corporate content-approval process.
